Sweeps Coins are a promotional token that may, where legally permitted, be redeemed for prizes once eligibility and verification requirements are satisfied. Sweeps Coins are not sold and are instead obtained through free methods described elsewhere on the platform, including any mail-in entry option detailed in your account dashboard.

All coins granted to you are provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for use within JackpotDaily only. You do not own the underlying software, coins, or virtual items; JackpotDaily retains all right, title, and interest in the platform and its digital tokens.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify JackpotDaily promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual may maintain only one active account. JackpotDaily may request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to prize redemption, and may suspend an account pending completion of that review. Incomplete or inconsistent verification may result in denial of redemption requests.

You may update your profile information through your account dashboard. JackpotDaily is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials or from providing outdated contact information.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

Any attempt to manipulate gameplay outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated scripts or bots, or coordinate multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these sweepstakes rules.

JackpotDaily may, in its sole discretion, void coin balances, withhold pending prizes, and permanently close accounts associated with suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse of promotional mechanics. Prohibited activity also includes submitting false identity documents, using virtual private networks to circumvent location restrictions, and attempting to resell or transfer coins outside the platform. Intellectual Property and User Contributions

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JackpotDaily regarding your participation, superseding any prior understanding. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

JackpotDaily’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These sweepstakes rules will be interpreted in good faith and applied consistently to all eligible participants.
